The Introduction to Massage course is designed to have you massaging straight away! The videos and techniques are so easy you’ll both want to give and receive! All the content is ‘PG’ (no nudity or awkwardness), but the set up and positions allow for more connection and intimacy if you want.
So take your time and have fun. You can enjoy learning and practicing together night after night, week after week.
We cover 6 key areas of the body and you’ll learn simple techniques to help your partner relax, unwind and feel good.
Then there’s the follow-along videos where we combine the techniques into simple routines, making it straight forward and stress-free to start enjoying your massages straight away!
No equipment is needed: no massage tables or fancy props. All the videos are set up in the real-life scenarios of a sofa or a living room floor.

I’m Libby Sheppard, your guide into the world of simple, at home massage. I’ve been coaching couples in massage, touch and connection since 2015. I’ve been a bodyworker (and briefly a personal trainer) since 2012 – I love helping people enjoy their bodies! I’ve developed this course because I want everyone to know how easy it is to increase the amount of touch in our lives. The 2020 Covid pandemic highlighted the essential role that touch plays in our lives and how disconnected we feel when we don’t have enough of it. So, grab someone you care for and give them some massage 💕
